English-Speaking Body to Body Massage in Amsterdam

Every therapist on this roster speaks English, and many speak a second or third language too. How language works on the thread, at the door and in the room.

Visitors often search for an English-speaking body to body massage in Amsterdam because they worry about being understood at the moments that matter: when they describe a sore back, when they want the pressure lighter, when they need to change the time. At this house the answer is simple. All forty-five therapists on the roster speak English, and the booking thread is written in English too.

This note explains how language works through a booking, and how to use it well if English is not your first language either.

English on the booking thread

Bookings are made by message on WhatsApp or Telegram, never by phone. That helps anyone who reads English more comfortably than they hear it, because there is time to read the reply, translate a word if needed, and answer without pressure. Short sentences work well. A message such as "Tonight 22:00, 90 minutes, oil, hotel near Dam Square, room number" contains everything needed.

The reply arrives in about ten minutes in plain English, naming a therapist, the fee and the arrival window. If something in it is unclear, ask; nothing is fixed until you agree.

Therapists who speak other languages

English is shared by everyone, but the roster also covers many other languages. French and Russian are spoken by several therapists each, as are Spanish and Ukrainian, and others speak Italian, Romanian, Portuguese, Greek, Dutch, German, Polish, Hungarian and several more. Each profile lists the languages that therapist speaks, so you can filter by eye on the roster before you write.

If you would rather speak your own language during the session, name it in your message. The reply will suggest a therapist who speaks it and is free at your time. If nobody with that language is available, English remains the common ground.

An English-speaking body to body massage, in practice

How much language does a session actually need? Less than people expect. At the door there is a greeting and the payment of the balance. Then a short conversation about pressure, sore areas and whether you would like to talk. After that, most sessions are quiet.

The words that matter during the massage are few, and they are worth knowing in advance: lighter, deeper, slower, stop. Also useful: sore, for an area that hurts; cold, if the room or the oil feels cool; and turn, if you are ready to move onto your back. With those eight words, anyone can guide a session precisely.

Gestures work too. A hand raised slightly means pause. A thumb up means the pressure is right. Therapists are used to clients from every country and read the body as much as the words.

Describing your body before the session

The most valuable English you will write is one line about your body in the booking message. Some simple phrases: "My lower back is stiff." "My left shoulder hurts." "I flew twelve hours today." "Please avoid my right knee." "I am very ticklish on my feet." "First time for this massage." Each of these changes how the session is shaped, and none needs perfect grammar.

The etiquette guide has more on how to speak up during a session without feeling awkward.

Terms you may meet on this site

A few words appear often on these pages and in replies. Outcall means the therapist comes to you. Full contact means she uses her whole body, not just her hands. Four hands means two therapists at once. Deposit means half the fee, paid ahead. Balance means the rest, paid at the door. The glossary explains these and others in plain words.

Payment and booking terms, in brief

Half the fee confirms a first booking, anything booked more than a day ahead, overnights, two-therapist bookings and sessions of three hours or more; it is sent by card, Revolut, Wise or crypto and not refunded on cancellation. The rest is paid at the door in cash of any major currency, by card or in crypto. One hour with one therapist is €180, ninety minutes €270. The therapist reaches any central address forty to sixty minutes after confirmation.

Clients must be twenty-one or older. If a question about the booking terms is hard to follow in English, ask on the thread for it to be put more simply.
