Four-hand body to body massage in Amsterdam, two bodies sharing the weight.
Two therapists, one guest, €360 an hour between them, both named in the confirmation.
Four-hand body to body massage brought to an Amsterdam hotel room or apartment, two therapists arriving together, at 360 euro an hour for the pair.
Four-hand body to body massage puts two therapists on one guest and asks them to share a single job. With hands alone, a second therapist simply doubles the strokes. With whole bodies, they have to divide the weight, because two people leaning in at full pressure would be far too much. So the work splits into roles: one holds, one moves, and the two trade places through the hour without a gap in the contact. The outcome is the most even pressure on the menu.

THEtechnique
Paired massage is not new. Bath houses across Asia and the Middle East long used one attendant to wash while another worked the limbs, and Ayurvedic oil massage is often given by two therapists moving in unison. Modern spas later adopted the four-hand format as a showpiece, usually with strictly matched choreography. Body to body work adds a problem none of those settings had to solve: how to share load, not just strokes. The answer the format settled on is roles instead of symmetry, a division that owes less to massage than to partner dance, where one body holds the frame and the other moves inside it.
The anchor sets the frame. She settles her weight in one place, often across the backs of the thighs or with forearms resting either side of the spine, and holds it there, still, so the body underneath has a fixed point to relax against. The traveller works around that point with long passes of forearm, torso and hip, shoulders to hips and hips to heels. Every few minutes they exchange roles. The handover is the core skill: the traveller's contact lands before the anchor's lifts, so there is never a moment with nobody touching you. Weight is divided rather than added. Each gives a little less than she would alone, and the total arrives as broad, even pressure instead of heavy pressure. Position follows role. The anchor usually kneels at the foot of the bed or to one side, leaving the length of the back open for the traveller, and when the roles swap the two swap places too, along a route they agree before the first pass. Between passes, a brief touch on the shoulder is how the two signal a change without a word. Towards the end they may both travel at once for a few passes, and then both go still.
On the night
The two arrive together and set up in a few minutes: towels across the bed, oil warmed, a word about pressure with whoever is leading. You speak to the lead, and she passes on anything the other needs to know without breaking the rhythm. The session begins face down with four hands of oil, the one stretch that genuinely is doubled. Then the roles begin. One therapist settles and holds while the other starts the long passes, and the swap happens so smoothly that most guests only register it afterwards. Turning over takes a moment longer with two, and they use that moment to change sides. If you want more of one kind of contact, name it, more stillness from the anchor or longer passes from the traveller, and the balance changes straight away. The final minutes are stillness from both of them, then hands, then towels.
Who takes it
Guests who have tried body to body with one therapist and want more coverage without more pressure. Anyone who relaxes best with something steady to lean into, since the anchor gives exactly that. Tall or broad guests, whose frames give a single therapist a great deal of ground to cover in an hour. Guests who dislike being turned and repositioned do well with it too, since two therapists can reach most of the body without asking you to move. A last night in the city, a birthday, a booking meant to be remembered. It is not the couples format, which is two therapists and two guests lying side by side; this is two therapists working on a single guest.
What it leaves
Full coverage with no part of the body waiting its turn, and pressure that feels wide and even rather than deep. The fixed point the anchor provides makes letting go easier than most people expect. Guests often describe the hour as heavier and calmer than a solo session, even though neither therapist is leaning any harder. It is also the most generous way to spend a long booking: over two hours, each therapist works every region in both roles, so nothing is covered only once.

Ninety minutes is the length we suggest, because the role changes need room. One hour works as an introduction. Two therapists are 360 euro an hour, so a two-hour booking is 720 and a three-hour one 1,080; an overnight with both of them is priced on request.
The rate is the same at every one of these lengths, and the same at every hour of the night. Length is the only thing a first message has to settle.
