No reason required
The first thing women tend to ask, often indirectly, is whether they need to explain themselves. They do not. A booking from a woman is read exactly like any other: a time, an address, a length and a form of contact. Nobody on the thread asks why, and the therapist arrives without assumptions about what the session is for. Some women book because a long trip has left them stiff and restless. Some are curious about a technique they have read about. Some want an evening that belongs to nobody else. All of those are good enough, and none of them has to be written down. If you want to say something about how you are feeling or what you hope for, the message is the place, but silence costs you nothing in the quality of the work.
