Four of the five techniques on this site differ from each other only in what is applied to the skin. The material is not a detail. It decides the pace, the room and the length of the booking.
Change the substance and you change the massage. Nothing else has to move.
Warm, poured, worked in by hand until the skin has taken it. Oil keeps friction, and friction is what makes weight legible. You feel the forearm travelling, you feel the direction change, you feel the pass end. Absorption is the limit: somewhere around twenty minutes the surface has drunk most of it and the therapist returns to the hands to lay down more.
Consequences. The work has a rhythm of return. The room needs a bed and towels and nothing else. An hour of oil is an hour of massage, start to finish.
Seaweed-based, thick, cold until body heat takes it. Nuru gel does not absorb. It stays on the surface for as long as the hour lasts.
Consequences. Contact is continuous, because nothing needs renewing. Friction drops close to zero, and with it your ability to locate what is happening. The room needs a shower and a waterproof surface. The booking needs extra time at both ends. Ninety minutes is the shortest sensible gel session.
Soapy is the third material and the only one temporary by design. Foam is made, used, rinsed and made again. It thins as it works.
Consequences. The massage is staged rather than continuous. It usually begins standing, in the bathroom, and moves from there. It is a wash before it is a massage, which is a structural fact and not a euphemism: the sequence of foam and water is the shape of the hour. A walk-in shower makes it easy. A small bathroom makes it a different evening.
The fourth option is no material at all. Naked massage describes what is worn, not what is applied, and in practice it is usually oiled within ten minutes anyway. It is listed separately because people arrive asking for it by that name, not because it is a separate method.
Dry skin on skin does have one property the others lack. Heat transfers immediately, with nothing in between to carry it. Some people want exactly that.
Start from the room, then the duration, then the material.
Because we are outcall only, the room is a constraint we do not control. A standard double and a towel rail suits oil. A good shower opens gel and foam. A cramped bathroom closes them. If you do not know what your room has, choose oil.
Then duration. An hour holds one material well. Ninety minutes holds one material and lets it repeat. Two hours and above can hold two — oil into foam, or oil into gel — and that is the point at which the material stops being a choice and becomes a sequence.
The price does not vary with the substance. One hour is one hour, at any hour, with no night or weekend difference inside the ring. Nothing on the ladder is technique-dependent, including the two-therapist rate.
One last thing the material decides: what you do afterwards. Oil stays on you and is meant to. Gel and foam come off before you sleep. If the booking is the last thing in your evening, oil is the one that lets you go straight to bed.
