The ladder, the deposit and the cancelled hour

Half of the ladder figure goes ahead to confirm a body-to-body booking, the first booking from a new name among them, and a cancellation keeps it. The door settles one booking only: an hour or two, wanted today, for a client she has already visited.

Seven rungs, and what each sends ahead

Read the ladder on the price page from the shortest session upward. Beside each rung is the sum placed before she leaves home. Where a rung shows two figures, the second is the narrow case explained beneath the list.

  • One hour, EUR 180: EUR 90 ahead, EUR 90 at the door. Wanted today by a client the house has sent her to before: nothing ahead, EUR 180 at the door.
  • Ninety minutes, EUR 270: EUR 135 ahead, EUR 135 at the door. Wanted today by a client already in the book: nothing ahead, EUR 270 at the door.
  • Two hours, EUR 360: EUR 180 ahead, EUR 180 at the door. Wanted today by a client she has visited before: nothing ahead, EUR 360 at the door.
  • Three hours, EUR 540: EUR 270 ahead, EUR 270 at the door, whoever books it and however soon it starts.
  • Two therapists, two hours, EUR 720: ahead EUR 360, at the door EUR 360.
  • Two therapists, three hours, EUR 1,080: ahead EUR 540, at the door EUR 540.
  • Overnight, eight hours, EUR 1,250: ahead EUR 625, at the door EUR 625.

The narrow case is this. One therapist, one hour or two, wanted today at a central Amsterdam address, from a client the office has looked after before: accepted on the WhatsApp thread or by Telegram, confirmed in about ten minutes, at the door forty to sixty minutes later, paid in one sum when she arrives. That is the single booking on this site that carries no deposit, and it should be read as the exception, since half in front is the ordinary shape of a booking here. The booking line is read at every hour of the twenty-four, and a client the office has never heard from is answered as fast as any other; what differs is the sum that travels first. A first booking carries the half at every rung, for tonight as for next month: EUR 90 on the hour, EUR 135 on ninety minutes, EUR 180 on two hours. When that first session has been kept as arranged, the same client's next same-day hour or two moves to the door.

The half applies to eight categories and to no others: the first booking from a client new to the house, at any length; the overnight; any booking for two therapists; any session of three hours or longer, today included; any reservation lodged over a day ahead of its start hour; the companion formats, the girlfriend experience, a dinner date, an event, a social or travel companion; Schiphol and airport-hotel bookings where her travel is coordinated before the day; and peak dates, King's Day, ADE, Pride, Christmas, New Year and the large conference weeks, which the office confirms on request. An airport hotel sits outside the ring, so timing there is settled by message and not held to the forty-to-sixty-minute clock. Hours added beyond three are EUR 180 each. Inside the ring no night, weekend or travel supplement is added, so the deposit is always half of the plain ladder figure and never more. Half is a fixed fraction, not the upper end of a range and not an opening position; the confirmation message states the exact amount in writing at acceptance, and it has cleared before she sets out.

A deposit moves by four routes: card, Revolut, Wise, crypto. Bank transfer and PayPal are refused. Cash is refused as a deposit too, since the deposit has to exist while she is still at home and cash arrives only with her. The account details are given once, on the WhatsApp thread, after the office has accepted; a request for payment that arrives before acceptance, or from any other name, did not come from the house. The balance is the ordinary payment at the door: cash in any major currency, converted at the day's rate; or card; or crypto. The booking page shows the sequence of messages.

Cost dated to acceptance

A deposit is kept when the client cancels. In full. Notice does not alter that: a week ahead and an hour ahead reach the same result, and no percentage is returned for either. The house publishes no refund tiers because there is nothing to tier. A deposit booking's cost is dated to the moment the office accepts it, and a later message cannot reach back to that date.

What the cost is made of. Someone at the desk matches a therapist to the request, verifies the address, sets the clock. Her calendar closes around that block; for an overnight, around the whole night; for a pair, two calendars close at once. Other requests for that window are turned away and go elsewhere. Transport is fixed days in advance when the booking is an overnight or reaches the airport. Every one of those steps is finished before the client has opened a door.

Cancellation leaves them finished. The declined clients have booked with other houses. The arranging stays arranged. The hours she closed cannot be reopened at a day's range. The deposit measures that work and nothing else. Nobody is fined for changing plans; the sum was set by the labour, not by the change.

A booking that has to move is a different matter from one that is dropped. Raise it on the thread while she is still at home; what can shift, the office will tell you.

A bottle of oil and a Thursday hour

Two purchases, both made at a distance. The first is a bottle of massage oil ordered online. The second is a body-to-body hour reserved by message for Thursday at nine. Dutch distance-selling law treats them differently, and the difference is the whole of the position here.

The bottle can wait. The Wet Koop op Afstand is the Dutch statute that applies the EU Consumer Rights Directive at home, and under it a consumer ordinarily holds a fourteen-day right to withdraw from something bought remotely. Nothing about the bottle depends on a date, so the fourteen days run and the buyer may change their mind inside them.

The hour cannot wait. The date-specific-service exemption in the Dutch Civil Code, Article 6:230p, removes from the withdrawal right every service that the provider is to perform on a stated date, or inside a stated span of time. Thursday at nine is a stated date and a stated span. The product is her time, at that address, at that hour; remove the hour and there is no product left to withdraw from. A booking with this house is always of this second kind, so for it the fourteen-day right never arises. A right that never came into being cannot be given up, and nothing here asks you to give it up. The policy on this page applies instead, with the house terms behind it.

Two grounds for credit, none for cash

Force majeure is read narrowly. Two grounds exist. An order of government closing the house. Sickness severe enough that delivery is impossible. Where one of these is accepted, and each case is decided on its own facts, the deposit turns into credit, to be spent on a later booking. It does not turn into cash under any circumstances, by any route.

Outside those two grounds the ordinary rule holds. A calendar conflict is a cancellation. A meeting that ran past its hour is a cancellation. A mild indisposition is a cancellation. A flight, a train or a hotel that changed is a cancellation. A change of mind is a cancellation. None of these earns credit, and the house keeps the half.

Nothing ahead does not mean nothing owed

Two bookings go forward without the half in front of them: the returning client's same-day hour or two, and a request accepted while she is already travelling. Trust moves the moment of payment. It does not lower the sum. If either booking is cancelled, the road she has covered, the hours she closed and the requests she declined have all been committed exactly as they would be under a deposit, and the office requests cancellation collateral matching the deposit the booking would have carried. One policy, collected after the cancellation instead of before it.

A session cut short by the client is billed for the length that was booked. No portion of the fee is returned. The hour was held, she crossed the city for it, and whatever remains of it has no buyer that day.

A therapist may close a session on the spot, keeping the full sum, should consent or safety be compromised. Stated once here. It holds for every booking on this site.

Names entered in the record

A booking placed under a name the client does not own. A phone or a profile borrowed from a stranger. A prank reservation. A no-show from someone with no intention of being at the address. None of these is a cancellation. Each is a false booking, and the house treats it as one: the entry stays on file; the identifiers are passed to reputable houses elsewhere in Amsterdam, so that the same name is recognised at the next door; and the relevant authorities are informed where doing so is warranted.

An honest client is outside all of this. Your own name and a door that opens are the whole of what is asked, and forty-five women travelling alone across the city at every hour are the whole of the reason. A question about one booking of your own goes to the booking line; the FAQ answers the general questions.
