Tantric body to body massage in Amsterdam, breath before weight.
Slow, breath-led, full contact. €180 an hour, and ninety minutes is where it opens.
Breath-led tantric body to body work for Amsterdam hotel rooms and apartments, warm oil and long stillness, with the therapist travelling to you at any hour.
Tantric body to body massage joins two ideas: the breath-led pace of tantra and the whole-body contact this site is built on. The result is the slowest session on the menu. It starts with breathing rather than oil, holds long passages of stillness in which her body simply rests along yours, and moves in waves instead of strokes. There is no target and no schedule inside the hour. Attention is the point, and weight is how it is given.

THEtechnique
Tantra is a family of Indian and Himalayan traditions more than a thousand years old, concerned with ritual, meditation and the body as a route into awareness. The massage that carries its name in European cities is far younger, a late twentieth-century synthesis that borrowed the breathwork, the slowness and the emphasis on presence, and set them inside ordinary oil bodywork. From those sources it also took one practical lesson: attention can be trained by pace, and the slower a movement is made, the more of it is felt. It makes no claim to be a religious practice. Body to body contact suits it unusually well, because a still body resting on another is the most direct way to share a rhythm of breathing.
Three elements carry the method. The first is shared breath: before any massage, she sits or lies close and matches her breathing to yours, then slows it by a fraction, and yours tends to follow. The second is resting contact, the signature of the body to body version, where she lowers her torso along your back and stays there, not moving, for a minute or more while the two breaths settle into one pace. The third is the wave, a slow pass of forearm and body from the feet to the crown and back, taken on a long exhale and paused at the top. Waves lengthen across the session, and each is followed by stillness. Hands are used sparingly: they open the session, rest flat at the end of each wave and close it, and everything else is carried by the forearm and the length of her body. Changes of position happen during the rests, never during a wave, so movement and stillness stay clearly apart. Pressure stays moderate throughout. Speed is what is kept low, deliberately, and that is harder than it sounds.
On the night
She dims the room, asks for phones to be put away, and spends a few minutes on breathing before any oil appears. Low light is enough; candles are neither needed nor brought. Eye contact is offered, never required. You lie face down, and the first contact is a hand laid flat and left still. Warm oil follows, then the waves, then the first long rest where her weight settles along you and nothing moves. The pace can feel strange for the opening ten minutes. After that, most guests stop measuring it. Talking is kept to a minimum but never forbidden: if something feels wrong, one word is enough, and a question about the breathing is always welcome. The turn to face up is unhurried and followed by the same pattern. The close is stillness again, one last shared breath, and time to lie there before the lights come back up.
Who takes it
Anyone whose mind runs faster than their body can keep up with, and who wants an hour that slows it down without trying to fix anything. Guests who have enjoyed body to body work and are curious about its quieter end. People who like ritual, and people who dislike ritual but like slowness. It fits the very end of a day, when a strong massage would feel like one more demand, and the first night of a long weekend, when there is time to take things slowly. No belief, experience or preparation is needed; the breathing is explained as it happens.
What it leaves
A breath that has slowed by itself, a body that has stopped guarding, and a sense of time stretched out. Guests tend to describe the afterwards rather than the massage: the walk to the window, the long shower, an early night that comes easily. Nothing about it is athletic, so there is no stiffness the next morning, only the memory of an unusually unhurried hour. The method does nothing dramatic, which is exactly why it lingers.

Ninety minutes is the practical starting point, because the breathing and the rests take real time. Two hours is the natural length. A single hour works, but it asks the waves to hurry. Longer bookings, whether three hours or the full overnight, are available as well.
The rate is the same at every one of these lengths, and the same at every hour of the night. Length is the only thing a first message has to settle.
