As often as you like, in principle. The more useful question is how often it keeps getting better.
How often can you book a body to body massage? There is no rule and no minimum gap on our side, and plenty of guests book on consecutive nights. But the technique behaves differently depending on the spacing, and knowing how can turn two good sessions into a genuinely progressive pair.
What a first session does
The first time, part of the hour goes on learning. Your body is working out what broad weight is, whether to trust it, when to stop holding a limb up. Even guests who settle quickly spend the opening stretch calibrating.
The second time, that learning is already done. The body recognises the weight on first contact and stops guarding almost at once, so the same sixty or ninety minutes reach further. Guests describe the second session as deeper even when the pressure was identical. It was not the pressure that changed.
How often can you book a body to body massage on one trip?
Across a stay of three to seven nights, a few patterns work well.
Two sessions, two or three days apart. The most common arrangement, and arguably the best. The first teaches the body, the gap lets any mild tenderness from firm pressure fade, and the second lands on a body that already knows the method.
Consecutive nights. Perfectly fine, particularly if the first session was gentle. If it was long and firm, ask for a lighter start on the second night, since broad weight on muscles worked the evening before is best introduced slowly.
Arrival and departure. One session on the first night, to undo the journey in, and one on the last, before the journey out. The two feel quite different, because the body at the start of a trip and the body at the end of one carry different things.
Twice in one day. Possible, but rarely the best use of the time. Two separate hours on the same date tend to feel like a single interrupted session, and one longer booking usually does more.
Longer rather than more often
Sometimes the right answer to how often is how long. A single two-hour session gives the repetition that makes full contact work, with room for a second material if you want one. Three hours, or the eight-hour overnight, change the unit altogether.
The arithmetic is flat either way. Two separate hours cost exactly what one two-hour booking costs, EUR 360, because the rate does not bend with length. The overnight is the single exception, with its eight hours priced at EUR 1,250. Body to body massage prices breaks down what each euro buys in minutes of contact.
Changing technique on the second booking
A second session is the natural moment to try another material. Oil is the right introduction, because friction lets you follow what is happening. Once you know the method, gel removes that friction and the experience shifts. Body to body or nuru explains why the second booking suits it better than the first.
Foam follows the same logic. Soapy massage is a staged sequence that begins in the bathroom, and people tend to enjoy it more once they have lain still under broad weight at least once.
Booking the same therapist again
Not required, but often worthwhile on a short stay. A therapist who worked with you two nights ago remembers where you hold tension and what pressure you asked for, and she can skip the opening survey. Ask for her by name from the roster when you message. Availability varies from day to day, so keep a second choice in mind.
For people who live here, or visit often
Regular guests find their own rhythm. Some book monthly, some fortnightly, some around their travel. We do not prescribe a frequency, because full contact is not offered as a programme of anything. Book when you want the hour. The one practical observation is that the gap between sessions decides how much of the next one goes on re-learning, and after a few months away a little of that learning has to happen again.
Residents also have an advantage visitors lack: they can book on a quiet weeknight rather than squeezing a session between dinners and flights. A Tuesday at nine, with nothing after it, lets the after-effects run their full course into sleep, and that tends to matter more to the next session than the number of days in between.
Signs to leave a longer gap
If you still feel tender from the last session, wait until you do not. If you are booking mainly to sleep, one long evening session will do more than two short ones. And if the after-effects of the first were strong, give yourself a clear day before the next.
Everything else stays as usual. Any hour of the day or night, confirmation on WhatsApp within about ten minutes, EUR 180 an hour every time, and nothing added for booking often.
